Hi, my name is Kim Monti, the blessed owner of DCI. I was born in Atlanta, GA and was raised in Clayton & Henry Counties. I currently reside in Jackson, GA with my husband and youngest son. We have 4 other grown children and 6 grandchildren. I have been keeping truck drivers and companies in compliance for 10 years. I was employed with a compliance company as their compliance supervisor for almost 8 years. After my employment in 2020, I prayed, and God opened doors and has allowed me to start my own compliance company. My sincere desire is to listen to the customer’s needs, advise them with a course of action, keep them in compliance while hopefully exceeding their expectations.
